RB Steel (2006) Ltd functions as part of Building Solutions' commercial property development business. RB Steel serves all our development projects, manages all our development projects, and has occasionally carried out building work for other clients on a strictly negotiated basis.
RB Steel has earned an excellent reputation for completing projects on time and on budget. We take a lot of pride in this fact. We also have an excellent payments reputation and because of this we are able to obtain highly competitive prices and loyal, responsive subcontractors.
Much of the company’s work involves warehousing. In the Wellington region, over 50% of warehouse work is carried out by RB Steel (2006) Ltd. We provide new warehousing and make alterations and additions to existing structures. However, in addition to the construction of large warehouse facilities, RB Steel have also been involved in many design-build projects such as telecommunications switch facilities in Wellington, Auckland and Christchurch, the relocation and restoration of historic buildings, and fit-outs to office facilities.
