Building Solutions’ projects have included residential apartments, retail outlets, commercial office buildings and warehouses.
We generally begin projects by investing our own money. We will buy a property and start its development ourselves.
Before we start work we find tenants and secure their leases. In the case of our warehouse projects, and some other commercial properties, we develop buildings which we then retain for lease. Space currently available for sale and lease can be seen on our
Properties pages.
Our developments depend on closely tailoring unique solutions for each project. That means ensuring the end tenant is known, and that the development is planned according to their requirements. This may include consideration of things such as location, financing, design and construction.
As a result, this minimises the risk both to us and to our financial partners as projects are only undertaken when the outcome is secured.
